How Kids Can Save The Day

This is a little funny since anyone that knows me knows I’m not really a kid person. But I have no problem hanging with them. (Of course as long as they are raised right.) Kids can be such run to be around. There is less pressure and a lot less prejudice.

They ask a million questions

I’ve only been asked by a child what my third favorite lizard is. I’ve only talked for hours on end about dogs with a kid. They are all curious and don’t make you feel bad for any of it. Even if you do not know anything y’all can go on an adventure to figure it out.

They are up for anything

I would rather go to the park with the kids than sit there with a bunch of complaining adults drinking. I want to race around with them getting Easter eggs. Play a game at the lake instead of sunbath. Water fight? I’m in. Hide and seek? I will help them find great spots.

Talking to them counts as socializing

Isn’t it a good thing that an adult talks to kids that they are people? Isn’t that how they learn to be adults and socialize? Just because it’s not some deep, “adult” thing doesn’t mean it doesn’t count.
