How To Combat Work Tiredness

Some introverts do not do well in offices and big companies with a lot of people around. A lot of people you have to interact with clients/customers and co-workers. That’s a lot of interaction which can make us very tired. So we need things that we can do at work and at home to help combat this. Because we want to do our work, we want to make sure everything gets done right.

Things we can do at work that can help work tiredness:

  1. Have headphones and make sure you have the time to actually get to use them

  2. Leave for lunch and just get away whenever you can

  3. Set up alone time and space and get you co-workers and bosses to help

  4. Take all your breaks

Things we can do to help work tiredness at home:

  1. Protect your alone time

  2. Go for a walk

  3. Work on your hobbies

  4. Listen to good music, and a variety

These are all small things to take care of yourself. We all have to work and have to take care of our needs. There is no reason to not make work less miserable for yourself. Take care of yourself.
